We designed and implemented a centralised operational dashboard for an energy-sector organisation, bringing critical operational information into a single environment for monitoring, analysis and management reporting.
The solution consolidated information that had previously been spread across different reporting processes. Management and operational teams can now view key activities, asset performance, operational trends and defined performance indicators through a common interface.
The platform was designed to support both current operational monitoring and future expansion, with the ability to incorporate additional data sources, assets, sensors and operational systems.
The architecture also provides a basis for expanding the platform as additional operational data and connected assets become available.
