We provided project delivery support for a large-scale infrastructure programme involving multiple technical teams, contractors, suppliers, workstreams and project stakeholders.
Our role was focused on maintaining coordination across the programme, monitoring implementation against agreed requirements and milestones, supporting technical decision-making and helping stakeholders identify and address delivery issues as they emerged.
The engagement provided an additional layer of technical and project oversight across implementation, from mobilisation and site activities through testing, commissioning, documentation and handover.
